After two successful seasons, Single’s Inferno returned for an enticing third season—this time with even more drama and intensity. This Netflix reality TV series premiered on December 12, 2023, gathering twelve attractive singles on a deserted island off Jeju Island, known as Inferno. Stranded on this barren island, participants must fend for themselves without phones or detailed information about the others.
Unlike Seasons 1 and 2, the third season presents a twist where the first part of the series takes place on two separate Infernos, with two groups later merging into one. Through various games and matchmaking opportunities, the contestants have numerous chances to couple up and experience luxury in Paradise. During their time in Paradise, couples can reveal their age and occupation, aiming to deepen their connections.
After spending eight days alternating between Inferno and Paradise, contestants must commit to a single person. If both individuals choose each other, they leave hand in hand as a potential real-life couple. It’s safe to say that the finale of the show took an unexpected turn, surprising everyone who tuned in.

Fashion and beauty model Gyu-ri was a runner-up for Miss Korea 2022 and immediately captivated the male contestants upon arriving at Inferno. By the end of the second episode, Gyu-ri revealed in Paradise that she was 27 years old and currently pursuing modeling gigs for various fashion and beauty brands.
Gyu-ri and Min-kyu seemed to have eyes for each other during the show, but it is a mystery whether they pursued their feelings after the show. However, their active engagement with each other on social media platforms leads us to believe they are still on good terms, whether as friends or lovers.

Hye-seon was the fan favorite for this season, alluring contestants with both her beauty and brains. As one of the females caught in a love triangle with Gwan-hee, she revealed on a date with him that she was 25 years old, currently a bioinformatics major at the Life Sciences department of Ewha Women’s University. Hye-seon has also previously held internships at Seoul National University and a Silicon Valley startup. After the show, she has been actively posting her life studying abroad at Durham University in England.
The season finale had everyone on their toes, partly because we were curious to see who Gwan-hee would choose to leave Inferno with. After Gwan-hee expressed his indecision, fans loved the way Hye-seon told him to please do them both a favor and pick someone else. Did this scare him away or make him want her more?

As another fan favorite, Yun Ha-jeong, received widespread support for her bold personality. It was revealed that Ha-jeong, 25 years old, works at a medical clothing company and also works as a model and influencer on the side. Like many other contestants this season, she also has a beauty pageant background as the runner-up for Miss Chunhyang in 2021.
Throughout the entire season, Ha-jeong had her eyes set on Gwan-hee, who couldn’t seem to make up his mind. Nonetheless, panelists and fans alike applauded her direct approach to Gwan-hee, which ran the gamut from adoring to scolding and everything in between.
Netflix confirmed that Ha-jeong would be added as a panelist for the next season of Single’s Inferno, making her the first female contestant to join the panel after Kim Jin-young (also known as Dex) from the second season.

Yoo Si-eun, 26 years old, immediately caught the attention of many viewers for her similar features to Blackpink’s Jennie. As a fashion and beauty model, Si-eun also has a background in beauty pageants and was the runner-up for Miss Korea 2022. She has previously appeared on various YouTube channels and TV shows, and even threw the first pitch at a baseball game. She continues to model and host entertainment gigs following the show.
Si-eun was recognized for her unwavering affection toward Min-woo, despite never having been to Paradise together. Will the two successfully leave Inferno as a couple even without a trip to Paradise? Cho Min-ji was not only the last female contestant to join the series midway through the season, but she was definitely a character who stirred the pot and the dynamics between the contestants. As a 25-year-old, Min-ji revealed that she is currently a student studying economics at Ewha Womans University. She is also pursuing a career as a news anchor and announcer. Like several other contestants, Min-ji also participated in beauty pageants and was one of the finalists in Miss Korea 2022 (the same year as Yoo Si-eun).
A bit of a villian figure in the show, Min-ji has been active on her Instagram after the series finale. She seems to be continuing her studies while keeping in close contact with all of the other cast members.

Park Min-kyu, 33 years old, certainly won many viewers’ hearts this season with his tall and muscular figure complemented by his genuine and caring personality. His broad shoulders had many people speculating that he may be a professional swimmer, but Min-kyu revealed himself to be a police officer and member of the Korea Coast Guard Special Rescue Team. As a rescue worker, he is responsible for being on standby to respond to coastal and maritime incidents almost 24 hours a day.
Min-kyu was able to charm Gyu-ri with his looks and personality. While their relationship status remains unclear, Min-kyu has been seen hanging out with other members of the crew and remaining active on social media platforms, frequently commenting on their posts.

Son Won-ik, 30 years old, revealed his background as a licensed realtor who provides consultations for luxury properties in the Cheongdam and Hannam area. He also runs a personal YouTube channel, with his recent video “Singles Inferno 3: Behind the Scenes” with Hye-seon going viral. Though Won-ik expressed interest in Si-eun throughout the show, Si-eun seemed to have her heart set on someone else. Won-ik has mentioned in recent interviews that he remains close friends with all the cast members and has been spotted hanging out with the crew on numerous occasions.

Yun Ha-bin, a 30-year-old actor, may have been recognized by some even before Single’s Inferno. While he mostly features in independent films, he was recently noticed for his brief but memorable role in the 2023 Netflix K-drama My Demon. At one point, Ha-bin seemed to be the most popular male contestant on the show, winning an interest vote from every female in the cast. However, we didn’t get to see much of Ha-bin and his interactions with the other female contestants until the end of the season. Outside of Single’s Inferno, Ha-bin seems to be continuing his acting career.

Lee Gwan-hee was definitely one of the most intriguing characters this season, receiving mixed reactions from fans for his interactions with multiple female contestants. Nonetheless, it’s not surprising that he was one of the most popular contestants this season. Gwan-hee has an impressive background as a professional basketball player and has even been featured on various other Korean reality TV shows. As a 35-year-old, he was also the oldest contestant this season.
Currently, Gwan-hee remains the shooting guard on his basketball team and continues to play competitively. Fans captured numerous instances of Season 3 contestants coming to support Gwan-hee at his games and cheering him on, indicating that he maintains a friendly relationship with the rest of the group. While he had many potential matches to choose from, it doesn’t appear from his Instagram posts that he is with anyone in particular. Gwan-hee also runs a personal YouTube channel on the side, where he consistently interacts with fans and updates them on his lifestyle.

Choi Min-woo, 24 years old, is a model who has worked for several fashion brands and walked in Seoul Fashion Week. Despite being the youngest contestant in the show, Min-woo won the hearts of two females throughout the show with his unique charm. He seemed to have a great rapport with Yoo Si-eun but others had their eyes focused on him too!
Neither Min-woo nor Si-eun have publicly addressed the current status of their relationship, but fans note that they can still be seen together on their social media activity.

Lee Jin-seok, 30 years old, was another favorite among the cast members, memorable for his sweet personality behind his masculine and intimidating physique. Most viewers speculated that he would be a personal trainer or athlete due to his musculature, but Jin-seok revealed that he is the owner of various café bakeries in the Daegu area. Ever since the season finale, fans have consistently uploaded videos of him at his cafes, indicating that he continues to devote his time to his chosen profession far away from show business.
During the show, Jin-seok was mostly involved with An Min-young but there was a falling out of sorts and nothing was certain at the end. While no official statements have been released on his relationship status, Jin-seok has hinted in recent interviews that he remains on friendly terms with the whole cast.
